Hi guys. Do you have any reference on disconnect.me? I've been using their Privacy DNS iOS app and they say the don't use or log your data. Any comments?

I would suggest you use nextdns.io which doesn't log, but you turn it on if you like and choose Switzerland location to store your logs..
ysueaxrs nextdns.io and adguard-dns.io/ Are good options but if you want you can self host pihole as a custom blocker. In a cloud whatever you like aws linode google cloud azure digital ocean vulter oracle cloud(have a good arm always free)
