CTemplar shut down

Yesterday it was announced that CTemplar would be shutting down on May 26th. (https://ctemplar.com/ctemplar-is-shutting-down/). They provided no reason whatsoever, any thoughts on this?

This is pure speculation:

CTemplar was run by an american, he might have received a letter for a three letter agency and shut down the service on short notice.

Low user count lead to low revenue and the owner decided to shut down.

Either way I hope we'll find out the offcial reason soon.
