That's great!! Although... it's not something new.
There are already several versions of Windows 10 that promise greater respect for your privacy than Bill's system, such as Revision and W10 Ameliorated, but I understand that none of them manages to offer a shield regarding user privacy at the level that a Linux can offer you, in addition to tending to be somewhat unstable systems, but hey, it's an interesting idea, and in terms of privacy it's obviously better than Windows 10.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to include these versions of W10 in the "Windows Privacy" section of PrivacyTools?
