I perfer nextdns.io because you can have you a account and enable 2fa to lock it. Prices is very cheap aswell. You set your logs to be in Switzerland for better privacy, NextDNS is best for security and privacy. It's like pi-hole, but better!
Edit:
Almost forgot set the dns server into the router itself so all devices are connected to your nextdns account id and so it will block all security and privacy threats. Some of the apps are outdated anyways so you might have to do that!
