We've tried many different Forum software solutions, but all that we've setup and experimented with lacked the basic feature of user deletion, aside from the admin panel. Please leave me a reply in this thread or send me a private message in this forum if you'd ever want your account here to be deleted. Thank you for understanding the technical limitations of the Flarum software.
A user who has used their own sensitive information (real name or last name), for example, may wish to delete their account in the future.
The forum looks pretty good. I feel comfortable here, the design and the experience is great.
Don't worry, guys. Deleting a user with Flarum is just one click. Won't be an issue in the future.
I think we should just remove nickname and avatar. Sometimes users have valuable discussions and it's going to be pity if they get removed. I have found ton of useful stuff on old forums.
coolhead Valid point. Flarum is designed to keep the posts but just delete the user. This way old discussion won't be ruined.
coolhead That's the default behaviour of account deletion.
