"Awesome Lists" are fairly popular in recent years and they are full of great information. They will be a great resource for our new project "Awesome Alternatives" to promote open source software even further outside of GitHub. If you should stumble upon an awesome list on GitHub, please submit it in our forum.
You've heard right. We're curating curated lists to publish well organized curated lists in the future on AwesomeAlternatives.org. Sounds crazy, but it's totally not. 🤣
