Listed exchanges that operate in a similar fashion are not open source (aside from the DEX ones, they operate via smart contracts and do not provide same level of privacy).
Our privacy mentions following: "We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds." Which translates to we will share the TX data in cases when TX is blocked for the reasons such as blacklisted wallet.
To explain in a few words we act as a "Proxy" between the user and the custodial exchange (Such as Binance). Which makes the recipient/sender anonymous as we do not require any registration or KYC.
As far as data tracking we do not track anything besides standard metrics such as DAU/WAU/MAU.
