I read that DNS is decrypted and it leaks my IP. So in my Windows DNS Settings i set up the 9.9.9.9 for Quad9DNS. In my Mullvad VPN app, i got the https://mullvad.net/en/help/dns-over-https-and-dns-over-tls/ adblock with mullvad dns. But what is best? is always rely on one dns provider. Is there a way my DNS Provider doesn't know my ip and the data flow is encrypted? Then i read that Cloudflare has an DNS Server which you can acces over a onion domain, which sounds anonymous and safe.
