I remember a discussion on GitHub with the Ctemplar founder. He mentioned that he is based in the US and that might be another Lavabit debacle? Feel bad though for putting it like that. I truly believe that the founder has the heart in the right place and Ctemplar comes with a nice set of features.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
