After visiting their website, I discovered that their Privacy Statement was passable. The fact that they do not accept cryptocurrency as payment is problematic; in my opinion, there may be legal repercussions.
They have lifetime plans, which in my opinion are poor options because, in addition to the cost of buying a separate storage drive, there are extra expenses for bandwidth and server maintenance, making it completely unreliable.
For roughly an additional $100, they let you to purchase client-side file encryption, which seems dubious and I didn't like it at all. This feature protects your most sensitive data.
I'm using Filen cloud services.
