I think we should include Vivaldi in the list of browsers

We can audit his code, has a strict do-not-track privacy policy, is incredibly versatile and configurable (including its security and privacy settings).
It's true that, at base, it doesn't protect your privacy too much, but neither does Firefox at base, and we have it on the list.
It includes a mail and feed client, a pretty decent adblock, an integrated translator, a reading mode, a pretty useful web panel.
As I have tested it (having previously configured it) it has a very good protection against ads and trackers, and in the Cover Your Tracks test, although it shows a unique fingerprint, otherwise, everything indicates that it offers more than enough protection to deserve a place in our list.
In fact, there are some Linux distributions that have ditched Firefox as a browser, and have chosen Vivaldi instead. The most talked about distro in this regard is Manjaro Cinnamon. What do you think?

can you audit the app if the app is not fully open source?(I'm not developer, ,this is why i ask)

user Yes. In fact "the code is open", and every piece of published code is auditable. I don't specify that it is open source because in terms of licensing it is not open, you can't take the code and use it in another program for example, that's why I prefer to indicate that it is "auditable code". And about if you can audit a code without being a creator, as such, yes you can, as long as you have the knowledge to audit it.

user I have reviewed the web page, and while it is true that he makes a deep analysis of the behavior of the software he tests, his personal considerations, in my opinion, make him say crazy things. For example, he indicates that Tor Browser and Librewolf have some probability of being spyware, but then he indicates things like that Brave has a high risk of being spyware, at the level of Firefox and Vivaldi. Also many of his articles are outdated, he ignores the privacy policies of the respective software, in many cases he only takes into account the basic features of the program, without configuring it or anything... I don't know, he doesn't seem very reliable to me. I can understand his articles, but the opinions and conclusions he draws seem to me either exaggerated, or directly ignorant. And to consider Waterfox less Spyware than Brave, I don't know, it seems ridiculous to me. But well, expression and information are free. While I would highly recommend Vivaldi from a daily usage perspective, and the general Privacy stance of both the browser and the company itself is fairly strong there are still areas of weakness, most notably Fingerprint protection.

Generally though it's is, in my mind, one of the top choices out there, better even than default Firefox which needs non-casual tweak-hardening to properly fortify it.

That linked Spyware article is interesting and shouldn't be discarded outright, but more information, e.g. what are the 119 startup requests FOR, and a better idea of his scaling system would be helpful.
