Greetings!
I will try to keep it short. I'm basically looking for advice:
In my personal (and professional, for that matter) life I do not use social media at all (let's leave aside question "why?").
I operate a business, that needs to have an online presence (and which business, nowadays does not), at least as a website. It is better for building trust with customers, that site contains some basic information and pictures of the team (including myself), at least this is what design and PR team tells us (any thoughts on that, maybe it's not that necessary?).
And here comes the quirk: I'd like to make a personal website for myself. But, I'd like to keep my professional and personal life separate. It's not that I do anything shady, it's just that I what to express my thought, without thinking how it will affect my business (and on my personal site - I won't censure myself). On your everyday social networks you always have an option to hide your page from search engines - with a personal website you do not. The only solution I see is to use pseudonym (and refrain from posting pictures of myself) - which makes me sad. The other way, maybe, would be to create personal site in tor (i.e. onion mirror). I don't know - I'm kind of at a loss here, thus I'm asking for community's advice :-)
I'd appreciate incites on how other privacy-concerned people dealing with similar issues, any suggestions on how I should resolve my conundrum are also, of course, welcome!
